L’Oréal Luxe Allocation Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the L’Oréal Luxe Allocation Sale (the “Allocation”). This Allocation is dedicated to the sale of selected L’Oréal Luxe products (the “Products”) using the allocation afforded to you as an employee of the Luxury Products Division.
Your use of this Allocation is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) so please ensure that you have read them to make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products from our website. We change these Terms from time to time so please make sure that you check these Terms periodically to see if there have been any changes.
Eligibility, Purchasing Limits and Delivery
The Allocation is available to all employees of the Luxury Products Division. During each Allocation window, you are able to spend up to the value of your Allocation as shown in the ‘Account’ section of the website, under ‘Allocation’ section. Allocation windows occur twice a year (excluding interns and apprentices who receive their Allocation once a year). L’Oréal reserves the right to offer the Allocation in such a manner and amount as it sees fit.
One order per Allocation, per eligible employee. Up to 2 of each SKU may be ordered in each transaction, unless otherwise stated.
Orders will be delivered, at no extra charge. Field Staff and Beauty Advisor orders will be sent to the home address that you have nominated in the ‘Account’ section, under ‘Address book’ section when you first log in and/or at checkout. Expect a lead time of a minimum of 2 weeks for all orders between placing your order and dispatch.
Please note that if you leave the business or submit your letter of resignation during or immediately after the order window, your purchase will be cancelled.
How to Use Your Allocation
To use your Allocation, please visit luxeallocations.loreal.co.uk (the “Website”) and log in using your provided employee login and allocated password (login and password details will be in the personalised Allocation email sent to you). Follow the instructions on the Website to complete your order and don’t forget to click ‘Place My Order’ after checkout.
The Allocation will be applied automatically as a ‘credit’ to your account during each Allocation window, with no code necessary. At checkout, you can spend up to this value and any unspent Allocation will be lost. To redeem, press ‘redeem’ in the ‘review order’ checkout page.
Products
We offer a selection of Luxe products from the brand(s) you work for as part of your ‘uniform’. Products are curated by your Brand to enable you to choose Brand Icons and Hero Products. The selection may change based on Brand preferences and availability.
The images of Products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Products may differ slightly from images.
Allowed Use
The Products are intended only for the personal use of qualifying staff. Reselling Products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove this benefit or take disciplinary action if an employee breaches these Terms.
Prices & Payment
The prices of the Products are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable UK rate, as shown at checkout.
Refunds, Errors, and Mistakes
If you encounter issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong or faulty Products, please contact the Luxe Allocations Team via the ‘Contact Us’ section of the Website. It is at brand discretion whether a replacement product is sent. Products cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.
